• Hello,

We have used your plugin for the past several months and have noticed a trend with failed orders. Once they fail, and the customer fixes the problem, be it cvs code, zip code, or whatnot, there is a 0 dollar tax added. Is this anything that anyone else has seen? I checked the address the customer used, it is valid and shows up correctly, zip and all.

    Thanks,

    Brad

    Hey Brad (@kitchencraftcookware),

Does this happen before or after the order is created in WooCommerce? Are you saying the customer fixes the problem on their end directly in the checkout or after you update their address details in the backend?

Once I get some more information I’ll check this out to see what’s happening. If you can reach out to us at [email protected] with your account email (so we can check your nexus states) and an example or two, we’ll be able to help faster.

    Thank you!

Sent a reply via [email protected] Again, my apologies on the duplicate threads.. got an error message every time. Thought they had not gone through.. even refreshed to ensure they did not.. and of course they ended up going through.
