    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please confirm whether you are using the latest copy of Smart Reporter [i.e. v2.9.7]? If not, then update to the latest version and then have a recheck with the Smart Reporter functionality.

    Further, could you please confirm whether the ‘data sync’ process of Smart Reporter after activation of the plugin was completed successfully.
    Also, request you to kindly deactivate and reactivate Smart Reporter and then re-sync the data require for Smart Reporter by simply clicking on ‘data sync’ and then place few test orders and try to replicate the same issue and do let us know your views on the same.

    If still the issue persists, then request you to kindly log a support ticket by simply mailing us your site admin login credentials along with short issue description at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback.
    Yes, I am using the latest version and have deactivated, activated and done a sync. The figures now seem to match up, I’ll keep an eye on it to see if it stays like that as more orders are placed.
