    Hi there,

    I posted this on your osTicket platform twice but I never received a confirmation email or a ticket number to follow up on the ticket. Posting here.

    ?I have a client that is creating a membership site that will be sold to organizations.
    ?
    ?1) In order to get reports on certain organizations’ users we can create a custom user profile field that stats what organization they belong to. Would we be able to use that to filter for reporting purposes? If not, is there another way to achieve this?

    ?2) Those organizations would like to get statistics on their users such as :
    ?
    – how often their users are visiting the site
    ?- what pages/posts they are viewing on the site
    ?- their demographics
    Can this be achieved with your “user overview” add-on?
    ?
    ?3) We are looking at using the following add-ons, please let me know if you see a need for others:
    ?
    User overview – for user details
    ?Export to Excel – for reporting uses
    ??Custom DB
    ?MaxMind Details – for demographics

    Hi,

    sorry for the inconvenience regarding our ticketing system. Our service provider is experiencing some issues with email their delivery system.

    1) Not out of the box. However Slimstat can be extended through hooks and filters (documentation hopefully coming soon!) and it includes a field ‘notes’ in its main table, which was designed for situations like this. Alternatively, you could write some custom SQL (which joins Slimstat’s table with the user and/or usermeta tables) to extrapolate the same information. TL;DR: you need a custom report to do that.

    2) I’m not sure what the ‘demographics’ piece would entail, but yes, that information is available with Slimstat + User Overview

    3) Seems to be the right ‘concoction’ for your needs.

    A question for you. For the MaxMind plugin, it says that it will show users “organization”. Organization can mean a few things. What does it mean in this case?

    Product Summary: Determine the organization name for some larger corporate and educational networks using the IP address. If organization is a small business or is unavailable, the ISP name is returned.
