    Hello,

    I am very interested in the plugin and i think about buying it.
    However, I have a question.

    How is the exact payment made to the vendors?
    If a customer buys a product from a vendor, is the vendor paid automatically?
    By this I mean whether the customer pays the money directly to the vendor?
    Does the vendor invoice the customer?

    If not, is there a way for the customer to pay directly to the vendor and for the vendor to receive the money directly from the customer or sends the invoice to the customer?

    Or: Does the marketplace operator first get the money from the customer and then have to pay the money to the vendors?

    And if the marketplace operator receives commission, is the commission automatically deducted from the vendor or is it invoiced?

    Unfortunately, I cannot find enough information about the exact sales process between vendor and customer.

    The payment in Dokan depends on the payment gateway. In the adaptive gateway, the vendor and admin will get their commission directly to their own stripe. But in non-adaptive gateway the admin will get all the payment into his account then a vendor will make withdraw a request to the admin. Then the admin will approve and send the money to vendor account ??

    Right now the vendor does not have the option to generate an invoice to the customer. But we hope to implement such a feature in the near future.
