Sales Performance data not being tracked

    All of the Conversion metrics are being registered except my Sales Performance data. Also, no revenue information shows up for any of my reports.

    I did just switch my checkout page to the “Thank You” page with the url slug “thank-you”. Previously I had it set to a page with the slug “checkout”. Since switching to the Thank You page, I have completed a transaction, yet no data is showing for Sales Performance. I did use a coupon code that brought the item price to $0.00 to test the transaction.

    What could I be missing?

    To look into the issue, can you share with us the store URL, with the plugin activated on it, as well as the view level access of your GA account to analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com?

    I was able to resolve my issue.

    I had the Google Tag Manager plugin installed which was passing in a script for Adwords when an order was received. Once this script was removed from GTM, not the plugin, the site received the order details via your plugin and was successfully tracked in Google Analytics.

    Having the GTM plugin installed by default was not a problem, but having GTM track analytics or pass any scripts via site actions will prevent the Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics plugin from tracking transaction data.

    Our latest release consists of the compatibility with the DuracellTomi’s Google Tag Manager for WordPress plugin. So, now you can use the plugin with ours, without any issue(since it is compatible now)!
