At the present time I am testing my future online-shop.
I bought a virtual Instagram sample under the name “Нежные цветы №12” using e-mail [email protected].
    Payment: cash after deliver.
    Administrator’s e-mail: [email protected].

Then I change the status to “Done”, but there were no notifications, no links to the virtual goods for both e-mails.

How should I solve this matter?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @elena189,

Then I change the status to “Done”, but there were no notifications, no links to the virtual goods for both e-mails.

Just to check, did you add a custom status called “Done” or were you referring to the “Completed” status? If it’s a custom order status, I’d suggest checking with the plugin authors of the plugin used to create it.

However, if it is the “Completed” status, then this would mean that something is preventing either the generation or delivery of the email.
In such a case, I would suggest that you first install the WP Mail Logging plugin and try setting a test order to the “Completed” status. From there, check whether the Order Completed email is captured by the logs.
    * If the email isn’t captured in the logs, you’ll want to do a conflict test to try and find the tool preventing the email from being generated.
    * If the email is captured in the logs but it isn’t delivered, it would mean that you follow the recommendations shared in this guide.

For reference, kindly check our email troubleshooting guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.

I am referring to the status “Completed”.

I updated WP Mail Logging. Does this plugin allows to save all logs (after the website registration, after buying goods and etc.) exporting them?

I have done a test order, the email is captured in the logs but it isn’t delivered.
I read the guideline, what should I do in this case?

    Hi @elena189,

    Thanks for getting back.

Does this plugin allows to save all logs (after the website registration, after buying goods and etc.) exporting them?

The plugin should log all emails generated by WordPress or WooCommerce. So outgoing user registration and order emails should be logged.

That said, could you elaborate on the part you mentioned “exporting them”?

I have done a test order, the email is captured in the logs but it isn’t delivered.
I read the guideline, what should I do in this case?

    Thanks for testing.

This means that WooCommerce is functioning okay, it’s generating emails but the emails are not getting sent correctly from your server.

Thus, you could try to check with your host on any issues being encountered with sending out emails.
Alternatively, I would recommend that you use an SMTP plugin to handle the sending of emails. Here are some suggested dedicated SMTP providers – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-7.

Hope this helps, we’ll be happy to be of further assistance.
    Many thanks.
