Sales Not Available Currently

    I have created a page called “Tickets!” which contains nothing but:

    [sshow-boxoffice]

    When I visit the site and click on the page in the menu bar, I see my usual WordPress header and this:

    ————————-
    Tickets!
    Name of Our Show
    Sales Not Available Currently
    ————————

    What causes the StageShow plugin to throw this error message?

    When the show has forthcoming performances but no ticket prices.

    If you have StageShow+ then check the Expiry date for any Performance (click on Options button next to the performance entry). An Expired show gives the same message.
