we haven’t been able to view any orders or products on the back-end.

It appears that there are no orders and products displayed in the backend but I can see from your report that you have the following stored in your database:

product: 5031
product_variation: 599
shop_order: 3946

Can you make sure you’re not seeing orders and products due to a conflict on your live site? Disable all plugins aside from WooCommerce and change the theme to the default Storefront. Go back to the orders and products backend pages, can you see data now? Before doing this take a full backup of your site and database.

The following step would be heading to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and regenerating product lookup tables and verifying base database tables.

Let us know how that goes.

Hey! I can’t disable all the plugins on the live site because it’s a functional site that’s important to the operation of our business, but I made a staging site based on the current snapshot, disabled all other plugins there, and still had the same problem. I have also now regenerated the product lookup tables and verified the base database tables, and neither seems to have fixed anything. Any other thoughts? I did notice some fatal errors in the WooCommerce logs from December 2nd and 3rd that could be related, but I’m a little nervous about posting that information to a public forum.

We’ve attempted to do that, but we keep getting a “please confirm you email” message whenever we attempt to create a support ticket despite doing that multiple times, logging out and then back in, using different browsers, and clearing the browser caches.

I’ve looked over the error that’s being experienced and it seems to be that the woocommerce plugin isn’t fully displaying all of the data it’s receiving from the database. I’ve also created a staging ground and fully replaced the woocommerce plugin with a fresh installation and it’s still having the same issue. Please either respond back to this thread or update us on how we can open a support ticket on the woocommerce site.

In the meantime, can you do a conflict test?

This kind of problem can be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. 
?
The best way to determine this is to:
<ul>
<li>Temporarily switch your theme to <a href="https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/" target="_blank">Storefront</a></li>
<li>Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce</li>
<li>Repeat the action that is causing the problem</li>
</ul>

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. <a href="https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/">You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.</a>

I’ve opened a ticket #4605510 as of Saturday but haven’t heard anything back yet. In the meantime I took the suggested actions that you outlined and the problem is still persisting.
