    Hi Nboliver,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Would like to update you that the data in sales funnel widget would be displayed only from the date you installed Smart Reporter as prior to the same the cart abandonment data would not have been tracked.

    If still you think that the sales funnel widget is not working then would request you to kindly mail us the wordpress admin login credentials along with small issue description at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.
