    Hey there,

    I might be doing something wrong, but I’m hoping you might be able to help me, please. I’ve had a couple of sales conversions that aren’t showing in my GA dashboard. Did something happen on my end to make this occur? Would you point me in the right direction as to what I should do to fix this?

    We did a quick look of your store & found that our plugin is working well on your store up to checkout page. However we are unable to test the “thank you” page due to payment method.

    Kindly share the view level access of your anayltics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com so we can verify the configuration in it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing access!

    We did a quick look of your analytics account & found that Your store is SSL certified (https://) but you have configured it as “https://” only in your property (screenshot) & view (screenshot) settings & it can create an issue on “thank you” page.

    Additionally, share your “thank you” page URL & re-verify that if the auto return is configured well for your payments method because our plugin will the sales if users are redirected back to the “thank you” page of your store.

    i keep searching through woocommerce documentation but i can’t seem to find the configuration settings so i can find out where my customers are taken after their purchase is complete.
