Thanks for your query. Please note that Dokan does not have any feature to add manual orders from the backend or frontend. As you are creating a manual order for that reason, it is not affecting vendor balance. Customer needs to purchase directly from the vendor store through the general checkout process.

I have a similar issue. I have a store that can{t withdraw their money because it appears negative. Please help with the instructions on how to fix this manually.

Please check what is the order status is set in Dokan > Settings > Withdraw options and what order status of the orders in that particular vendor?

You can share the screenshot of the withdrawal settings page so that we can understand your configuration properly.

I don′t know how to share the screenshot through this chat!!!

Both order status, configuration and order status of vendor, are set to completed.

The issue is that disposable withdrawal amount of the store is about -$60 (negative)!! so they can′t request a withdrawal and they still have 1 more complete order that it is not registered for them.

Please your help on how to adjust it manually!
