sale_price_effective_date with Woo Discount Rules

As this is a 3rd party plugin and there’s no official integrations; we aren’t able to provide much support. Since the regular price is showing then it’s likely a partial integration.

It’s best to reach out to the Woo Discount Rules team as they are in a better spot to support you on this issue. There’s an ongoing request for this to be integrated so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed but please keep in mind that there aren’t any ETAs

Thanks for the reply. The plugin seems to be listen on your supported plugins section so i guess there has been somekind of integration done by you especially? (Seems that they actually have changed name from Woo Discount Rules > Discount Rules for WooCommerce.. Sorry about the confusion about this.)

Does this info help out to think of something that has been already done? I created a thread in their forum for this subject also that can be found over here.

sale_price_effective_date that would allow us to get the nice little “sale” notifications to pop-up

We do have the sale_price_effective_date field but I’m not exactly sure on what you mean by the “nice little sale notifications”, See: Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc)

Can you please provide more information on that part?

“Nice little sale notification” was the ability that the right data adds. Basically it related to the Merchant Center Sale Price minimum requirements that are over here. And for the Sale Price Effective Date rules over here.

The problem currently is that only regular sale_price_effective_date shows up when the dates are set in WooCommerce product. But the sale_price_effective_date isn’t set if there is a discount rule and date set in Woo discount rules. So no sale_price_effective_date is added at all.

How could i get the sale_price_effective_date if it’s set with Woo Discount Rules?
