sale_price don't show after import

you have to set the price and the sales price.

Hi,

I have read some previous post about the sales_price note been shown problem. Tried setting up

regular_price 600, price 500 ,sales_price 400.

After import, it still shows the price as 500.

I wonder if there is anything I’d input wrongly?

I have set regular price and sale price, after import to my site, there’s still no show, until I have to go to edit and update, then it start showing the price correctly.

Have the same problem as realm9thfeb, I also need to go through my sale products, view them and update them (don’t need to change anything, just need to click update…)

Set the sale_price and price the same, the it will show correctly, like this:
regular_price price sale_price
12 11 11

Tip: Use an extra column in excel to calculate the values to import, like this:
=IF(C2<>0,C2,B2) and =IF(C2<>0,C2,””)
Where column A is the regular_price, column B is your normal price and column C is the sale price, you import only the column you calculated and A.
