Hello,
I have excluded certain items for sale in the USA and yet customers in the USA can still buy the items.
Is there a plugin problem with the free version? What can I do so that the item is no longer sold to the USA and Canada?

Hi?@nico1983,

You need to set restriction rules in all languages. Simply switch the language using the WPML dropdown in the header, then set the restriction rules for that language. After doing that, check the restrictions and let me know how it works.

i use only a google translator plugin, in the system i use only Germany as language!

I checked the Google Translator plugin, and it’s working fine on my end. I’m unable to replicate the issue you’re experiencing.
