sale to another country and another currency

Hi, please, how do I set up a feed if I sell goods to another country in a different currency? My final country is Slovakia and I sell in Eur. Another country where I sell goods is the Czech Republic and the currency is the Czech crown. I don’t need to translate a feed into another language. Should I choose the country Czech and the menu Czech crown?
In wordpress I use a currency switcher: WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher
