Sale Product Exclueded Filter Not Working

    Hi All,

    The sale product exclusion filter is no more working. After enabling the check, it applies discount on some products and disable on others.

    thanks for the prompt reply, here is the discount rule.. applying on these roles. screenshot

    So if the customer has both the roles….i,e 35% discount and account customer…
    the discount does not apply at all.

    Please try to switch the rules relationship status from “OR” to “AND”.

    May I ask what version of the plugin you have installed, please?
