Sale prices to my Google Shopping feed don’t work.

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear a large part of your sale prices are no longer in your feed. The last update however did not have anything to do with sale prices or the Woo Discount Rules plugin so probably something else happened. Its also strange that 15 products in your feed still have a sale prices and the others do not.

You mentioned you had 600 products on sale, however your entire feed only contains 520 products now. Are you sure you did not remove products all together from the feed? This can be reasons why your feed has less products then expected: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

You are right about the number of products in my feed. I have a filter to add only the products with stock. However, the problem persists, I have price rules on multiple tags but they don’t reflect on my feed, also my configuration for mapping the fields is the following:

It was working, I don’t know what happened.

Can you:

• Share screenshots of all the price rules you created?

Thanks for this. Have you tried changing the field mapping for g:sale price to “Sale price” instead of the rounded option you are using now?

Yes, I tried with those settings, but still, it’s not working.

Are you sure your feed is processing/updating correctly?

Did you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs to see if there is anything relevant in there that might explain the issue at hand? You can find the WooCommerce fatal error logs here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

The debug.log link you shared with us earlier is showing a 403 error so I can’t open it to see how you configured your feed and if it is updating. Can you share the content of the debug.log here?

Can you give some example products (product ID’s) from that feed you believe should have a sale price but do not have one in your feed?

We have replicated your discount settings on our test websites and all works fine for us.

We use version 2.3.3 of the free version and version 2.3.1 of the pro version of the Woo Discount Rules plugin. The Woo Discount Rules discount screens you showed in your screenshots look different than the one we use so ‘maybe’ the difference is caused by different versions of the discount plugin?
