    Hello

    We had SALE PRICE enabled for a few products for some time. After removing it from Woo admin dashboard, and regenerating the feed, it still shows up. Deleting the XML file from the server and regenerating the feed does not help, after creation, there is again some SALE PRICE attribute, that comes out of nowhere.

    <g:sale_price>679.00 SEK</g:sale_price>

    If I edit the SALE PRICE in the admin dashboard, data updates in the feed, but when I totally remove it, it goes back to the 679SEK for some reason (only in feed, on the website it is ok).

    Any clue what can we check?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    The data is in XML file, generated on the server, browser has nothing to do with this.

    Hi @websystems2006,

    I’m not that familiar with the WooCommerce Admin plugin, but is the Sale Price setting still active in the Edit Product page?

    Could you guide me through the steps you did to update the data through the WooCommerce Admin plugin?

    In WPadmin and website frontend, sale price and everything else works fine. If I set some sale price, it works ok, when I remove it, it gets removed from the product page in Woo frontend… basically ALL GOOD.

    When generating feed with the plugin, in the XML file that is being created, there is sale price that comes out of nowhere, as it is not set in the backend. What else can I tell to help fix this?

    <g:sale_price>679.00 SEK</g:sale_price>

    And the sale price is not set in the WP dashboard at all.

    @websystems2006,

    Could you send me an email to michel @ wpmarketingrobot.com? I want to try out a patch and see if that solves the issue.

    @michel-jongbloed It is not an actual ‘fix’, just some workaround. If you do not know how to fix that in your plugin, we can take a deeper look into this when we have some time. It looks like your plugin takes some cached numer, when there is no sale price in product metadata in DB, while there should be some logic, that checks this and shows no sale price is no data in DB.

    Solved by email. Patch will be included as of version 2.19.0.
