Sale price removing after a sale happened

I understand that your sale prices are not being displayed and only your regular prices are showing? This happens also with scheduled sales, correct?

This could be indicative of a WP Cron problem. First, check your site’s System Status Report to see if WordPress Cron is enabled. You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status in your WP-Admin dashboard. You’ll see a red “X” next to WordPress Cron if it’s disabled.

If it is enabled, I would recommend installing a plugin like WP Crontrol to check for any cron errors. If there are any, you would need to reach out to your web host to get these resolved.

Thanks for the response.

If I set a sale price, It’s showing fine and regular price also showing with Strikethrough, Perfect. Once a customer is purchased from my store, the sale price is gone and only the regular price is on the product page. I didn’t make any condition for this. that the issue.

WP Crontrol is enabled and showing the green tick. Anyway I will install the plugin to check for any cron errors and update you ASAP.
