sale price not showing in facebook catalog

    Hi,

    I have set a feed for facebook, but the sale_price is not showing on product in facebook catalog.

    can you help me with a solution?

    I have made the mapping for g:sale_price to sale price, and also added as preffix the currency.

    I want to mention that all products in site are on sale, but when I look in feed, just some of them have sale price, and some of them don’t, also on facebook catalog.

    All products from site should have sale price also in facebook catalog.

    Hi Ema,

    Thanks for sending over the debug.log.

    • Are you sure the feed has properly refreshed?
    • Are you using an 3th party plugin to set discount and sale prices?

    Hi,

    Yes, I have refreshed many times and upload it again.

    All sale prices are added through import form csv file, I am not using any plugin for discounts or sales. I have one installed, woo discount rules, but I have no rule setted up or enabled.

    Any solution? I dont’t understant why all product have sale prices, but in feed just some of them appear with sale prices.

    First of all we always suggest creating product feeds in XML format and not in CSV as that is very error-prone. Do I understand correct you download the CSV which you then, manually, upload to your merchant center again?

    No, The feed is created in xml format.

    I reffered that sale prices in site are imported by csv file, not with any plugin for discounts.

    It seems the XML product file no longer exists as I get a 404 error page, did you remove it?

    Hi,

    Yes, I have tried another plugin to see if the problem is still there, and is working properly (with another plugin).

    Probably is an conflict of your plugin with our theme or another plugin installed.

    I have used before your plugin in same site, but recently we changed the theme and upgraded and appears the issue i have described.
