Sale price for logged in user is displayed only for not logged in users

I have price rules – 5-10% sale for logged in users – it depends on the goods

When user is not logged in – see original price only… sale price is not displayed.

I want to tell him “Come register, the price will be 7% lower – $48”

NAME OF PRODUCT
Price: $57 / For logged in: $48 only: REGISTER NOW
