    I can’t figure this one out….

The product sync happens whenever FB or the plugin say so. There is no option to sync once and then control the sync timing or stop it from syncing new, because there are no new products. Don’t use real-time inventory.

Inside the Facebook shop, there are 2 instances of products (with 3 total variants) displaying a Sale Price, instead of the price inside woo, actual (regular).

Inside of Woo, there are no sale prices. – So where are the sale prices (discounts) coming from?

    Reg Price $29.99

Comes into Facebook Commerce manager Items (with a sale price) and displays incorrectly to $23.99 on sale.

I have to manually edit products. Again and again. Sync overwrites.

    Anyone help?

    Hi there @oncoregolfusa,

It sounds like you’re having a couple of different questions regarding how Facebook syncs products:

The product sync happens whenever FB or the plugin say so. There is no option to sync once and then control the sync timing or stop it from syncing new, because there are no new products. Don’t use real-time inventory.

There is an initial syncing process that happens once Facebook for WooCommerce is completely set up. Additionally, products will be synced any time a new product is created or an existing product is changed.

More information about how Facebook handles syncing can be found here:

Would you be able to share some product links or screenshots so that we can better see what you’re describing?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

There is also a walkthrough guide at the following link:

Lastly, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
