Sale Not Working

I’m attempting to pay for my first year of PRO CleanTalk. The $8 sale is showing up for me, but not the 3 free months that my email promised me. It is still showing that my account will be good for one year and one day. I clicked the link provided in the email with the subject line about coffee and donuts. It said, “Your trial period of antispam service ends Aug 26 2017, if you renew today, you will get 3 extra months!” in the email. I’d attach screenshots but that doesn’t appear to be possible.

Also, I have no idea how to figure this out, but how important are the extra package features that cost an extra $4? $4 isn’t a lot, but it’s an additional 50% which makes it seem like a lot. What makes it worth that?
