Salat Plug-in NOT working

The plug-in in automatic mode displays in the table but not on the header section (Prayer Time: [daily_salat_times_header]).

I really need it work with manual data but this doesn’t work at all. I entered some sample data and got nothing to display. In summary- the automatic calculation displays data using the widget in a table but not the header. The manual calculation with my own data does not even work! Please assist.
