Salary Duration

Thanks a lot for you help on this. Its worked for me now.
There is another issue that I have noticed. In the file called, class-post-meta-job-hook.php, under action ‘job_bm_metabox_job_content_job_info’, get_post_meta is passing variable ‘job_bm_salary_fixed’, due to which the correct value is not getting recorded in the dashboard.
Please can you look into this as well.
