Sakura themes ready for WordPress 2.3

Sakura and Sakura3 themes are now upgraded to work with the new WordPress 2.3. The following changes have been made:
- – added support for tags in posts and categories
- – the search widget now doesn’t look ugly anymore ??
- – made small fixes in CSS
