I am an administrator for tootiebum.com and the site is experiencing some issues.

When I try to deploy changes made through the staging site, I am receiving an error message:

“Error: Unable to remove plugins directory.”

Also, we are receiving this notice:

    “Safe Mode has been activated.

Your site is in Safe mode because you have 2 Jetpack-powered sites that appear to be duplicates.”

Bluehost support said I should contact the plugin vendor for this issue so I am reaching out to you directly.

    Hi there, @sundogcreativelisa,

You posted in the Jetpack CRM forum, while you should have posted on the Jetpack forum ?? I can try helping you anyway!

I see that at the moment tootiebum.com redirects to https://tootiebum.com/staging/1041/. I can see some connection issue happening indeed. Have you seen any of the Safe Mode screens showed in this support page at all when checking your site? If so, can you try following the instructions to bring your site out of the safe mode?

Let me know how you get on, and we’ll take it from there if necessary.

Thank you very much for your help!

Yes, that is the Safe Mode screen and the options I am being given. I’m not sure which one I should be choosing – the changes have been made on the staging site and now I want to deploy those changes, can you advise which of the actions I should take please?

    Hey @sundogcreativelisa,

If I get your current site status well at the present moment, you could clieck the Move your settings” button?as per the suggestion here.

Let me know how it goes and if you get stuck at any step, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help. ??

I chose “Move your settings” and got an error “Could not move your settings. Retry or find out more here” that directed me to here to learn more: https://jetpack.com/support/safe-mode/

Is there some form of support chat or some way to contact support directly so that I can get this issue solved ASAP?

    Hi there, @sundogcreativelisa,

I was about to mention that, as I believe we need a bit more digging and data sharing:

Is there some form of support chat or some way to contact support directly so that I can get this issue solved ASAP?

Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread? Thanks a lot!

Thanks so much for your help. I reached out yesterday morning but have not heard anything back, and obviously as this is a store issue we want to get this fixed ASAP so that sales aren’t affected. Is there some way to connect me with support right away?
