safecss_filter_attr striping translate() due to parenthesis

  • Although adding the “tranform” attribute to the safe_style_css filter, it still strips style attributes that have parenthesis -except url() in kses.php line 2215-, like translateY().

    Yeah, the strip parenthesis portion of the function is independent of the attributes we can filter. Your only immediate option is to use your own customized version to sanitize CSS. Long term, consider submitting a Trac ticket asking that support for the transform property be added.
