Safe to use with Mariadb using 'Aria' tables?

Following a few guides I upgraded my mysql system to use Mariadb 10x and also changed the table type to ‘Aria’ as that is the new default that they use. While this works perfectly for my WordPress install, I have had a few issues ‘optimizing’ my db in the past.

Is this script safe to use with a Mariadb 10x setup using Aria tables?
