safe location for custom translation

    Hi there

    I have set Affiliate manager on a site with hebrew.
    Unfortunately the hebrew translation as is has many strings untranslated and we need to have some of the strings with more customised text different to the original translation.

    Normally I would use Loco Translated and locate the custom languages files within locos folders. But in this case it does not work. The only way to display the custom translation, as far as I could see was to locate the custom translation file in the plugin own language folder, which is not ideal, as each update means the custom translation file being overwritten.

    I am looking for a way to overcome this and I am hoping you could help
