Safe Draft Wipes Questions?

Hi,
When I create my questionnaire and click the little save button in the plugin and then “save draft” it seems to lose all the questions in the questionnaire. This may cause some usability issues for people using your plugin who are used to clicking save draft when they are in the middle of something. A workaround is never clicking save draft, but if the save draft button wipes the questionnaire it shouldn’t be there.
