    Hi @zuzu02,

Please reset your browser cache or use the incognito tab to test.
Please delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend, then disable all optimizer and minifier plugins (e.g. autoptimizer plugin), if those exist and check again.

Also please leave the example URL to allow us to check it.

pro-tip if Autoptimize is used; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,
    frank (ao dev)

Other browsers also have a problem. The file is not uploaded with the standard access option.

    Hi @zuzu02,
    1. Please update to wpForo to latest 1.7.0 version,
    2. Update wpForo Advanced Attachments addon to latest 2.0.1 version
    3. Deactivate the wpForo Advanced Attachments addon and activate it again
    4. Delete all caches, delete optimizer, minification and other plugins caches.
    5. Go to forum front-end and press Ctrl+F5 to reset browser cache
    6. If you check it on mobile, please use private session of browser, because the regular browser tab ha already cached the old version and it’s very hard to reset, you’ll not see any change, just use a private session.

Once all done you can test it again.

    Thank you
We do not use Advanced Attachments. we only authorized members to upload files. but they still can’t install. cache cleared. version 1.7.0

    Problem solved.
The number of articles required to add files was marked as 3. When you set 0, the problem disappeared. Thank you
