Safari iOS 8.x issues images webwhop

  • Hi guys,

    Does anyone else is experiencing problems with their website on mobile devices (iPhone iOS 8.x) using Safari? On iOS 7.x there were no problems, but since the update to 8.3 my images aren’t loading on random productpages (only on productpages though). Sometimes they do load after refreshing, but sometimes they don;t load at all (webpage says its loaded, but no images appears). This happens with either wifi or network (fast) connection.

    It is really annoying. It works fine in Chrome, so must be a Safari bug or something? I use an iPhone 5S.

  • Hello Wanderer,

    Please, start the debugging doing the following:

    1. Backup you website files and database
    2. Make sure your theme is on the latest version.
    3. Make sure all plugins are updated.
    4. Test on your iPhone. If still not working follow next step.
    5. Deactivate all plugins. Some plugins only conflict on certain operating systems.
    6. Test on iPhone. If fixed. Activate plugins one by one. Test between each plugin activation.

    If not fixed please reply here.
