Safari freezes when uploading image

This is Version 4 Public Beta (5528.16) (Mac..)

I use for browsing, because it is much faster than firefox. Occasionally I do light site work. Noticed that anytime I hit “Upload Image” button, the window pops up; but it is entirely grayed out, and I have to force quit the program.

Any one else notice this? Ideas?
