• Hi, I was wondering if you could please help. I am having a browser issue with Safari and the images are not zooming in which supposed to be the same as the Chrome browser, which same goes to the tabs section.

And when the item has been added and viewed in the Check out, some of the dropdowns and ‘Additional Fields’ are not showing in Safari, but all seems fine in Chrome. If you could please help, that will be really great. Thank you!

    Hi there,

I took a look at your site, and compared between Chrome and Safari, and do see what you are referring to.

Your image zoom functionality appears to be a bit different from the default WooCommerce. Testing on my personal site with the default Storefront theme, I am seeing that the product image zoom and other features work without any issues in Safari.

The difference you are seeing is most likely coming from either your custom theme, or possibly another plugin you have active on the site.

To narrow down what is causing this, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issue is fixed in Safari. If it is, then you can switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

You can read about testing for conflicts in our documentation here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please let me know how that goes, or if you have any questions!

    Hi,

Thank you for letting me know. Looks like the custom script we added conflicted to WooCommerce, thank you for your help.

Another one, do you know why ‘Logs’ on the Status doesn’t show on our backend? What normally causing this issue.

    Thank you again!

If you don’t see the “Logs” tab, then that could also be caused by one of your other plugins. I would suggest to follow the same steps for conflict testing as Kelly mentioned above to see which plugin might be causing this.

    Hi,

Thank you Senff, It was the SSL I think conflicted the issue.

Hopefully this is the last one – I have another issue in refund section of Woo, whenever I submit a refund it shows ‘Could not create new refund’. Do you know what normally causes this issue.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi there,

Glad to hear you were able to narrow down what was causing that issue!

I have another issue in refund section of Woo, whenever I submit a refund it shows ‘Could not create new refund’. Do you know what normally causes this issue.

This would usually be related to an issue with processing via the payment gateway being used. Which gateway were you trying to process the refund through?

If it’s via a third party payment gateway plugin, please reach out to their support team to ask about this.

Otherwise, please provide a bit more information. Thank you!

    Hi Kelly,

Thank you for getting back to me.

It’s between WooCommerce, Klarna and Dokan Pro. I just wanted to double check if you had encounter like this issue before.

Whenever we switched on 3 plugins the refund function does not work, however if I switched Dokan Pro off, the refund and Klara refund are both working. Do you know if there is any marketing vendor that you can suggest for us to use that is fully compatible with WooCommerce?

    Thank you for your help.
