Sadly Not Working

  • I went through and added 472 redirections following as the developer stated to do but even after 4 days, none of them are actually redirecting. I’ve emptied all cache, even browser. Have tried it in 4 different browsers all ending with 404 error.

    As a web tech for over 20 years, I know how this works and seeing comments in the support forum having the same issue shows me it’s the plugin causing the problem, not the users.

    As someone in web tech for over 20 years you will also know that there are many variations of servers and setups, and sometimes problems do happen. I make it very easy to get support, either through the plugin, the support site, or the support forum.

    I don’t know what forum comments you are referring to, and I am not aware of any significant problem currently. The plugin is working for the vast majority of users so this is not a fundamental problem.

    If you provide some details I’m sure your issue can be resolved.
