Worthy of 4 stars but be aware…

    I bought the pro unlimited version. I used on 4 websites so far, 3 dont work. I contacted support regarding one issue, they replied a few days later saying they it is due to a certain plugin I am using(iTheme Security) where I chose to use some extra security features to protect my site, they explained the only way to make their plugin work was to downgrade my security, turn off a feature or remove altogether. Anyway the point I would like to make is why should I when all my other plugins work just fine. I sent support a message about this to support.

    Hi Gavin,

    iThemes is known to cause conflicts with any plugin that has redirect rules, it’s a not an excuse at all, its basically an incompatibility.

    Our plugin uses default WP functions to retrieve the site URL. due to iThemes on your site, the URL being returned is different than the actual site URL. No blame intended, that’s simply the fact of the matter regarding the conflict between these plugins, which is out of our control.

    Just to add to your other point regarding having devs look into this, we have 2 professional developers that looked into this and came up with the same conclusion.

    Sorry to hear you’ve lost faith in us as we’re midway through your ticket!

    I’m still waiting on those login credentials for your site so I can test and debug our issue. If its not one I can resolve, rest assured it will be escalated to our senior developer.

    Thank you for your reply., I know what you are saying but I have many WP websites with many various configuations and mixture of plugins and all work fine. I recently found another under construction plugin that is working, but it is not as good as yours when working but it will have to do for now. Thank you for the refund offer. I need to find out how to make changes to my star rating to increase to 4 (or remove altogether)….
