• This plugin is giving me a nightmare. A pro version exists on my site with no support. I have no clue which developer installed it on my site 2 years ago. Their plugin spiked admin ajax and only gets fixed after an update. Till then they will not give you any support. All they do is say you will have to buy it. If there was no star option I would seriously give that.

    I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy with our support policy! With so many freelancers and agencies using Formidable to create sites for clients, we have had to create a policy that all support must come through the license owner since we do not share account information from other accounts. This policy is in place in order to protect our customers and their accounts.

    If you believe you are seeing a bug, we would be happy to verify if it is a bug. In your case, this doesn’t sound like a bug, but an issue with your file permissions that are preventing the Formidable css file from being generated.

    There is nothing to do with file permissions, I have already checked all of them. After an update, this issue is resolved but in the next few weeks again the same thing.
