The Slide Anything PRO plugin supports Hero Slider functionality – see here:

Ty, I’m using Bootstrap starter, set at full width. Seems this should work. Fingers crossed, I’ll suggest upgrading to the pro version to the client. Pretty amazing backend on this slider. They really put in the wrench time imho.

    Ty for the tip!

Well the SA slider will always assume the full width of the container its placed within. Making the slider the full-height of the browsing window will require you using CSS ‘vh’ (100vh).

The backend kind of evolved over time (the last 4 years) as people requested me to add features and fix issues etc. Glad you like it ??

Hmmm, I use “full width” on Bootstrap starter, but I have a feeling the padding on the left and right will cause it to stop, and not let it go edge to edge. Even with the pro version using “hero” ability?

I’m still learning this system, with blank page no container, I achieve the desired look, but lose sidebars, widgets, menus etc. So… lot to figure out going that route.

For the page sections, rows & columns you create within “Bootstrap starter” (which I have not used before), you may be able to set the margins and padding within that builder to achieve the edge-to-edge slider you require.

    Worth looking into, Ty!
