    Hi There,

    First off, great plugin! I’m coming up against some strange issues with the urls not being written to the database correctly after the plugin is installed. I read a similar thread that indicated the plugin needed to be enabled – I an not using cloudfront, so I left the domain name entry under the cloudfront heading empty. I DO have these settings checked:
    Copy files to S3 as they are uploaded to the Media Library
    Point file URLs to S3/CloudFront for files that have been copied to S3
    Remove uploaded file from local filesystem once it has been copied to S3

    I see that the assets ARE copied to the S3 Bucket on creation, and removed on deletion. However, when I view the site, the urls for uploaded images are still going to the local server.

    In my testing, it seems that unchecking the option:
    Bucket is setup for virtual hosting

    Seems to fix this issue.

    Why would this be the case?
    Why would I want to use this option?
    How would I configure the bucket to make this work?

    @nickabbey.

    Thanks, that fixed the issue for me as well.

    I suspect ‘Bucket is setup for virtual hosting’ may be used when a CNAME alias has been added to the DNS settings.

    Yes, that’s correct.

    Where can I find the option: Bucket is setup for virtual hosting?
