S3 url is not serving media

In the last update the plugin started to experience a problem in the S3 url. When I add an image it is written in the way of my site in wp-content / uploads and go into the media library on my wordpress panel picture is the url s3, but she does not fit the image I added being served from the server. If you delete the post image from the control panel and add it from the media library can serve with the correct url S3. If you leave the setting “Remove Files From Server” on, when I add the image it is not added and get an error “Thumb”.
