S3 Connection Testing

    Hi,

    When we add our S3 key, secure link, bucket location and then click the test button, it just keeps ‘Testing’ and does not progress in the process and thats about as far as we get in the connecting to S3 process.

    We have tried on a couple of our machines and IP addresses

    Hope there might be some advice / solution out there

    Hi,

    There could be something that is blocking the connection.
    Please can you to temporarily deactivate any security plugins installed on your site?
    Could you also try using a different browser and see if that helps.
