Hi, I’m trying to set up downloadable products on my website that will be downloaded from buckets. For now, I’m using Amazon S3 buckets, setup in this format, as recommended by WooCommerce :

    [amazon_s3 bucket=examplebucket object=test/assets/product_1_0_0_.zip]

I’m trying to change providers, from Amazon S3 to BackBlaze buckets, but can’t seem to set the links to those buckets correctly, especially the first argument (What do I put instead of amazon_s3 right after the first square bracket ?)

Any ideas ? I haven’t found anything in the documentation of BackBlaze or WooCommerce

*I don’t want to use public links either, for security reasons.

    Hi @leonancelin!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I understand you’re using Amazon S3 Storage by WooCommerce and you have access to premium support via WooCommerce.com.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. Select the extension in the drop down options.

You may need to log into your WooCommerce.com account before you can access that page.

Include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what you have already written in your request.

    Thanks!
