s2members Howdy wording

I’m using s2members pro plugin and on the top right hand side of the members page is “Howdy …….(and then their name) how can I change this word Howdy to Welcome. I asked my website designer and she said is wasn’t possible so I messaged s2members and they said it was possible to change but was built into wordpress and could be changed using hooks/filter and custom code .. Can anyone answer this for me then I can forward this info to my webdesigner because I Im not to clued up on hooks/fiter and custom code. Thanks heaps
