s2member_pro_paypal_rbp_for_user not pulling all paid users

So I have 2 specific users that when I call s2member_pro_paypal_rbp_for_user – no information shows up for them array(0){}. They have recurring payments in PayPal (I can see them and the payments made). All other paid users show up on the s2member_pro_paypal_rbp_for_user call… Calling s2member_pro_payflow_rbp_for_user returns 0 for everyone (does not work). Is there some specific subscription type that the s2member_pro_paypal_rbp_for_user does not pickup that they might somehow be using? How is s2member_pro_paypal_rbp_for_user looking up the information? Is it using the paid subscriber id to find the info?
