There is no official support for integrating s2Member and WooCommerce. That said, we have many users who use both products successfully and we are not aware of any incompatibilities. Do read this s2Member KBA please: Can one PayPal account handle multiple sites / plugins? for some caveats on using the same PayPal IPN information.
