But as I already told you in my email of July 3:
I HAVE ALREADY UPDATED YOUR PLUG IN TO VERSION 10.41 THE DAY YOU RELEASED IT AND IT DID NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE.
I AM _NOT_ HAVING A PROBLEM WITH SUBSCRIBE2 SENDING OUT EMAILS TO MY SUBSCRIBERS
BUT SUBSCRIBE2 IS NOT SENDING THAT INFORMATION TO EITHER OF TWO EMAIL LOG PLUGINS: EMAIL LOG BY SUDAR MUTHU AND WP MAIL SMTP BY WPFORMS.
In other words: Subscribe2 DOES send notifications to my subscribers (that is not a problem), but it DOES NOT send that information to either of two Email Log plugins - Email Log by Sudar Muthu and WP Mail SMTP by WPForms.
So you see, the problem is that Subscribe2 DOES NOT send that information to either of two Email Log plugins that I have installed.
Here is my email to you from July 3:
I was hoping that your recent release of Subscribe2 (10.41) would repair the long standing issue I have had but unfortunately, it did not.
We have been communicating about this issue since last February (about five months!) so of course, I am disappointed.
Here is a summary from our email of March 4 - over 4 months ago:
"My Issue: When I publish a new post, my subscribers ARE receiving notifications just as they always have. But the issue is that Subscribe2 is not sending that information to either of two Email Log plugins - Email Log by Sudar Muthu and WP Mail SMTP by WPForms.
Your Guidance: We have tested and received the same problem from our end. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide any solution right now. We have added this issue to our development log. We'll fix it in our next release. Till then please be patient."
That was a summary from our email of March 4 - over 4 months ago.
***** Mr. Rubyat, if I don't know if my subscribers are actually receiving my notifications, I don't know if I am losing business because they have never received my emails! *****
I have tested it and the issue is NOT FIXED in your latest release.
Is there anything I can do to help you fix the issue? I would be happy to help.
Please confirm that you have received and understood this and please give me any information about your plans to fix this issue.
