s2 Member Pro forms go wrong on tablet/mobile

  • Hi,

    I have s2 Member Pro forms set up using Paypal Express. They are working fine on desktop but having just tested on tablet, here they show all the billing options and credit card payment area rather than a pay with paypal button.

    What can I do about this? The shortcode is correct so I’m not sure why it is displaying this on mobile. The site launches tomorrow and I don’t want people trying to pay via credit card!

    I know I can hide the fields via css but will this affect the functionality of the form? I’m worried now that the form just won’t work on mobile.

    Scrap that, these fields are now showing on the desktop version of the site too, including a checkout options box at the top. It used to be fine so have the forms been changed as part of the latest update?

    I don’t think s2Member has changed anything. At least, my own forms are still looking the same.

    I wonder if an update to your theme or another plugin is causing the problem.

    Hmm, okay, just odd as nothing else has been changed in the last week as far as I know and they were previously fine (I hadn’t checked on tablet though until today, hence originally thinking it was just mobile effected).

    Mystery solved. It looks like the forms don’t play nicely with Sucuri plugins hardening features!

    Well, some of those features are provided by s2Member already, so it’s not really surprising that there would be a conflict there.
