Ryan Duff Contact Form 1.43 in WordPress 2.0

Hi all,

I’ve downloaded, installed and activated Ryan Duff’s WordPress Contact form, and ticked the “Show ‘Contact Form’ Quicktag” checkbox in the options.

But where can I activate this contact form in each page? I just want to add a standard contact form to my site.
