Russian Event names: only 15 chars!

    My problem with the Calendar plugin is that I have a Russian WP website which uses Unicode. If trying to create an event, the used function to detect the length of the event’s title seems to evaluate the plain text length of the entered string. However, as Unicode characters require 16 bits instead of 8 bits (Ascii), the useable length of the event name entry is only 15 characters instead of 30. Could this be fixed somehow?

    Looks like I need to investigate how the REGEX is working, although as I’m contemplating getting rid of the character limit on titles altogether, this may well cease to be an issue at all soon.

    There is an issue with the characters limit on titles in Bulgarian as well. Might be Cyrillic alphabet issue.
